| What Is Quick Match? |
| Quick Match (QM) allows you to find studs for your mares more conveniently. There are different versions of QM that range from KISS Matching which is free to all accounts to a yearly upgrade you can purchase in the pro shop.
While you don’t have to use the gene search, it is suggested to go to the mare’s genetics page and select which genes you’d like the search to include which allows you to pick the genes that you want to prioritize for breeding matches. Just a reminder that any gene not checked will not be included in your search. Any checked gene will be included within the parameters of search type. Stallions you own and stallions you have favorited will also show up in their own section of quick match results. A yellow warning sign will show up next to a stallion’s info if the stud has less than 80% condition. There are several levels to Quick Match, all of which are explained below. |
| Levels of Quick Match |
| The most basic of Quick Match level is the KISS level. It is a relaxed search, and if you have one or more Performance genes selected, it will search for studs that have at least Good in those areas.
KISS+ is exactly like KISS except it looks at all performance genes. Standard is the third level of quick match and is a much stricter search overall, looking for studs who have at least Excellent in all selected Performance genes as well as taking surfaces and distances into consideration. There are also two levels you can use if you’ve purchased the QM upgrade, have Forever Pro, and have purchased the peak/prime stable upgrade. They’re the Forever option and the Forever Kiss option. These exclude stallions who have Low Athleticism or do not have a Performance Merit and will search for studs who have at least Excellent in all selected Performance genes. They'll also filter results based on Peak/Prime. The Forever KISS option drops performance genes to mirror the regular KISS+ search, so may pull up more results for mares then the regular Forever option. |

| Quick Match will automatically exclude studs which don’t take your mare’s breed. If you’d like to change the type of fees shown, you can change it via the settings page. Options for fees shown are all fee types, PC fees only, or FFH cash fees only. | Quick Match Levels Explained |
| KISS |
| KISS is the free to all QM type and is the most relaxed version of QM. If a Performance gene is selected, all stallions with Good or better will be included. For the best results select one or more Performance gene on your Mare’s genetics page to prioritize for this search. You’ll still need to keep an eye on things like Distance/Surface, Peak/Prime, etc. as these are not filtered out for KISS level matches. |
| KISS+ |
| KISS+ is available as an stable upgrade from the Pro Shop that also unlocks Standard, Forever and Forever KISS. It is set up almost the exact way as KISS except that it is stricter with Health and Conformation matches and will not show a Good x Good cross. This will show you less matches than KISS, but will show stronger matches for more difficult mares. | Standard |
| Standard is available as an stable upgrade from the Pro Shop that also unlocks KISS+, Forever and Forever KISS. Standard takes into account Distance, Surface, and will only show studs who have at least Excellent in all selected Performance genes. This also applies to distance and surface genes. (If you want to include intermediate distance or semi-surface studs, untick distance and/or surface boxes.) This will generally give you the most desirable matches overall, but also may not yield many results for mares who are more difficult to match. |
| Forever |
| Forever is available as an stable upgrade from the Pro Shop that also unlocks KISS+, Standard, and Forever KISS. This level of matching will exclude stallions with Low Athleticism and Stallions who have not earned at least a Performance Merit (meaning Stallions with less than 100 points will not be shown). All Stallions shown will also have no less than Excellent in a Mare’s selected Performance Genes and it will take in account Peak/Prime, Distance and Surface matches as well. | Forever KISS |
| Forever Kiss is available as a stable upgrade from the Pro Shop that also unlocks KISS+, Standard, and Forever. Much like the Forever level, Forever KISS will exclude stallions with Low Athleticism and Stallions who have not earned at least a Performance Merit (meaning Stallions with less than 100 points will not be shown). This level still takes into account Peak/Prime, Distance and Surface matches as well. However, it will relax the Performance Genes requirement to mirror the level of KISS+ providing slightly more results than Forever. |
